BUSHK keeps your trips on your iPhone. There is no account, no advertising, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
On your device
The app stores the trips you save, the morning and evening choice, and the language you pick. The Home Screen widget reads those same trips. Deleting BUSHK deletes this data.
Location
Location is used only while the map is open, and when you tap In a bus, so the app can place you on the route and estimate the time left to your stop. Your GPS position is not sent to the developer.
Bus times
Arrival times are requested from the public KMB feed at data.etabus.gov.hk and the public Citybus feed at rt.data.gov.hk. Those requests contain a route number and a stop identifier, not your location.
Maps
The map and walking directions use Apple MapKit and Apple Maps. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to that use.
